100 Days Strong in Grade One!

Event · 2 June 2026

On 2 June 2026, our Grade One learners at Leonard Chileshe Mulenga Memorial School celebrated their first 100 days of learning. It was a happy occasion and a chance to recognise how far they have come since their first lessons.

The classroom photographs capture the spirit of the celebration: handmade “100 Days” crowns, colourful artwork and children proudly sharing what they had made. Alongside the smiles were the quieter moments of concentration that are part of learning every day.

Reaching 100 days is about more than counting time. It is an opportunity to celebrate each child’s effort, growing confidence and willingness to keep trying. Every new discovery and small achievement matters.

At Leonard Chileshe Mulenga Memorial School, we are committed to helping each child work towards their best results through a strong foundation in reading, writing and number skills. Celebrating effort and progress gives learners encouragement to keep practising. Learn more about our primary school programme and our approach to education.

Thank you to our teachers and families for the patience, encouragement and care you give our learners. Your support helps make these early school experiences meaningful.

To our Grade One learners, we are proud of you. Keep asking questions, trying new things and enjoying the chance to learn together. Happy 100 Days of Grade One!

Families interested in joining Leonard Chileshe Mulenga Memorial School can read our admission process or contact the school to discuss the next steps.
